Transportation

Chase is leading the way to get West Kellogg expanded six lanes to Goddard as we continue to see unprecedented growth on the west side of Wichita. State funding will be instrumental in this project’s success. Chase supports a well-funded transportation plan that sends state dollars back into our community so local jurisdictions don’t have to use property taxes.

Workforce Development & Childcare

Chase co-sponsored legislation with Senator Kristen O’Shea (R-Topeka) to overhaul the state’s excessive childcare regulations. Access to affordable childcare has been a major obstacle for young families. The state’s bureaucratic red tape has put hundreds of providers out of business, costing Kansas thousands of slots for children, leading to the cost of child care skyrocketing in Kansas.

Chase is a staunch advocate of our technical schools and job-training programs. He recognizes the pressing need for skilled workers in trades such as electrical, construction, welding, and more. To ensure that our higher education system is aligned with the needs of our future workforce, Chase regularly engages with employers. This commitment to meeting the demands of the job market instills a sense of security and confidence in our educational system.

Chase has always voted to fully fund K-12 education and supported additional aid to special education. Chase firmly believes in parental rights and their responsibility to be involved and the prime educators in their child’s learning.

Agriculture & Water

As Kansas develops a long-term water conservation plan, Chase has advocated for local decisions rather than federal or Topeka bureaucrats. He also voted to bond a new dairy building at K-State. Chase is proud to have the strong support of our local farm bureau.

Pro-Life

Protecting the right to life of unborn Kansans is the issue that motivated Chase to get involved in politics. In addition to participating in the annual national March for Life in Washington, DC and the Kansas March for Life in Topeka, Chase has been a dedicated supporter of the right to life for all unborn Kansans in Topeka. He has been a strong advocate for pro-life legislation and is the only candidate endorsed by Kansans for Life PAC in Senate District 26.

Tax Relief for Kansans

Chase Blasi is a common sense Senator in Topeka. He supports cutting income and property taxes for Kansans. During the 2024 special session he supported the bipartisan tax compromise to raise the standard deduction, excempt social security payments from state income taxes, and established a child and dependent care tax credit. Chase remains dedicated to ensuring that Kansas remains an affordable place to live for Kansas families.

2nd Amendment

As your incumbent state senator for District 26, Chase understands the importance of the second amendment and protecting Kansans’ gun rights. As the only candidate to receive an A rating from the NRA, due to his pro-2A voting record, Chase is the clear choice to protect Kansans’ rights.
